Groups of 6-8 people who meet monthly to think out loud, support each other, and figure out what's next together. You give as much as you get. That's what makes it work.
Coming soonThink of it as having six people in your corner who actually get it. People who listen without jumping to fix, ask the questions that open things up, and show up every month because they're figuring something out too.
Peer coaching is for people in transition. People who are working something out and need more than a sounding board. You want people who show up consistently, ask real questions, and won't just tell you what you want to hear.
The best thinking happens when people feel safe enough to be fully honest. And peer coaching goes all the way in. Not just the work stuff. The personal stuff too. The things you want to say out loud to someone objective, someone who genuinely cares but doesn't have a stake in your answer.
That's the hardest thing to find with people who already know you. Your family, your friends, your colleagues love you, but they're not objective. Here, you get a room of people who are rooting for you and can still tell you the truth. Everyone gives as much as they get.
Small enough that everyone knows each other. Big enough to get genuinely different perspectives.
You meet once a month. Same people, same format. The consistency is what builds the trust that makes the work possible.
What's said in the room stays in the room. You can think out loud, change your mind, and be uncertain. That's the point.
Peer coaching follows a structured format that makes sure everyone gets time, everyone contributes, and the conversation goes somewhere useful. Forumspace has a great overview of how the format works.

When people practise listening, asking better questions, and showing up consistently for each other, everything about how they work, play, live, and lead changes.
Groups are forming now. Send a note through the form or book a quick chat and Julie will be in touch.
